Stephen is an accomplished designer with more than 20 years of industry experience. He joined Blackburne Jackson in 1988 and specialises in commercial and multi-residential developments, providing outstanding design outcomes while maximising development potential for his clients. He has an extensive knowledge of the Building Code and Australian Standard requirements, and is highly experienced in the preparation of Building Approval and construction documentation. Stephen balances his technical and creative aptitude while working in often fast paced environments.

Stephen is highly sought after for his strong project management skills and displays outstanding capabilities in terms of risk management and programming. His outstanding communication skills allow him to seamlessly interact with the client and all construction personnel and is he is able to quickly build solid relationships that enable the smooth progression of the project.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Business in Management and IT from the University of the Sunshine Coast and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Southern Queensland, and is qualified as a Project Manager for large residential and commercial projects. The combined mix of his architectural skills, practical experience, management and business knowledge, allows Stephen to deliver commercially viable outcomes every time
